Bisnode AB is the controller of the Customer Gauge.
The purpose of this platform is to gather and analyze customer satisfaction data.
We store basic information about Bisnodes contacts at our customers such as role, place of work, name, e-mail and information about the company. This information is stored for every customer contact that we send the survey to even if the survey is not answered.
When you answer the survey, we store your answers along with the personal information mentioned above.
The basic information about the customer contacts is stored within the system based on legitimate interest. Bisnode strives at making our offerings and services better for you as a customer and for this reason keep information about decision makers and users of our system. The personal information is related to the role at the company, we do not store any details about the individual's private life. Keeping this information is not foreseen to present any risk to privacy risks for the individual.
The answers to the survey is stored based on the legal ground consent. Replying to the survey is voluntary and by sending the survey you have consented to Bisnode storing the data. The answers are stored and sent if you click on "Finish" in the last page of the survey. By sending the answers you consent to Bisnode storing the information.
The information in the system will be used to analyses Bisnode performance towards our customer work in different areas. We can use the connection between respondent and answer to more closely analyze identified problem, by for example connecting it to the customer company to find the relevant product.
We will not redistribute any of your information to any partners or third parties. The information is not resold or used for other purposes than customer satisfaction improvements.
Access to the data
Anonymized answers will be spread throughout Bisnode to create awareness. Access to information containing personal details will be limited to employees working with the customer survey such as sales and customer care.
As the data is stored in Customer Gauge's servers, certain employees within that organization can also access this information. Technical and organizational measures for safekeeping of the data at the partner has been contractually agreed.
Recipient or categories of recipients of the personal data
The data is only used within Bisnode and will not be distributed further to third parties, other than the party used for storage (view storage below).
Automated decision making and/or profiling
The data will not be used for profiling or any automated decision-making.
We use Customer Gauge as our Processor and the personal data is for that reason transferred to them and the data is stored within EU.
Your information is stored within the system for 3 years from the date of the survey sent. After that your data may be kept for statistical and analytical reasons but will be anonymized so it cannot be traced back to you. The information will be stored in Customer Gauge's platform until Bisnode decides to keep it or until the contract ends.
We do not use the information collected within this system for direct marketing purposes. However, if you agree, your statements within the survey may be used in Bisnode's communication.
Bisnode offers you access to the personal data we process. This means that the you may contact us and we will inform what personal data we have collected and processed and the purposes such data are used for.
Right to correct
You have the right to have incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unnecessary personal data we have stored about the data subject corrected or completed by contacting us.
Right to deletion
You may also ask us to delete the data subject's personal data from our systems. We will comply with such request unless we have a legitimate ground to not delete the data. After the data has been deleted, we may not immediately be able to delete all residual copies from our active servers and backup systems. Such copies shall be deleted as soon as reasonably possible.
Right to object
You may object to certain use of personal data if such data are processed for other pur-poses than purposes necessary for the performance of our services or for compliance with a legal obligation. Data subjects may also object any further processing of personal data after prior given consent. If data subject objects to the further processing of personal data, this may lead to fewer possibilities to use our services.
You have the right to prohibit us from using data subject's personal data for direct marketing purposes, market research and profiling by contacting us.
Right to restriction of processing
You may request us to restrict processing of certain personal data, this may however lead to fewer possibilities to use our website and services.
Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data you have given us in a structured, commonly used format. Please note that this only applies to data that was given to us directly from you.
How to use the rights
These rights may be used by sending a letter or e-mail to us on the addresses set out above, including the following information: name, address, phone number and a copy of a valid ID. We may request the provision of additional information necessary to confirm your identity. We may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, excessive or manifestly unfounded. In case data subject considers our processing activities of personal data to be inconsistent with the applicable data protection laws, a complaint may be lodged with the local supervisory authority for data protection.
